Leinenstoff:
Mit hoher CO2-Speicherung ist Flachs ein wahrer Kohlenstoff-Tank. Zudem erfolgt die Verarbeitung der Flachspflanze zur Leinenfaser rein mechanisch – ohne Zusatz von Chemikalien. Für den Flachsanbau werden kaum Dünger und wenig Pestizide benötigt. Außerdem ist keine zusätzliche Bewässerung von Nöten, da das Regenwasser genügt. Vom Flachsanbau bis hin zur Stoffherstellung erfolgen alle Arbeitsschritte in Österreich. Die Leinenweberei aus Oberösterreich ist IVN BEST zertifiziert, was die höchsten sozialen und qualitativen Standards garantiert. Die lässige, rustikale Optik macht den Leinenstoff zum Hingucker. Ein robustes und pflegeleichtes Material. Es isoliert im Winter und bleibt kühl und atmungsaktiv im Sommer.
Holz-Elemente:
Die Holzteile stammen aus unserem Nachbarland Österreich. Die kleine Familienmanufaktur in Wien verwendet für unsere einzigartigen Holzteile Buchsbaum. Veredelt werden die Holz-Elemente mit kaltgepresstem Leinöl, das komplett ohne Lösemittel auskommt und das Holz witterungsbeständig und langlebig macht.
Kartonschild:
Die RWTF 6-Panel Cap ist plastikfrei, denn die ist mit einem bislang weltweit einzigartigen Kartonschild – vorne unter dem Stoff versteckt – ausgestattet. Das Schild ist aus 100% Altpapier und ist durch sein spezielles Pressverfahren wasserabweisend und trotzdem elastisch. Es steht den herkömmlichen Plastikschildern demnach in nichts nach und ist zu 100% umweltverträglich und natürlich. Der Karton stammt von einer deutschen Pappenfabrik.

linen fabric:
With high CO2 storage, flax is a true carbon tank. In addition, the processing of the flax plant into linen fiber is purely mechanical - without the addition of chemicals. From the cultivation of the flax to the production of the fabric, all work steps take place in Austria. The linen weaving mill from Upper Austria is IVN BEST certified, which guarantees the highest social and quality standards. The casual, rustic look makes the linen fabric an eye-catcher. wood elements:
The wooden parts come from our neighboring country Austria. The small family manufacturer in Vienna uses boxwood for our unique wooden parts. The wooden elements are finished with cold-pressed linseed oil, which does not require any solvents and makes the wood weather-resistant and durable.
cardboard sign:
The RWTF 6-panel cap is plastic-free because it is equipped with a cardboard label that is unique in the world and is hidden under the fabric at the front. The sign is made of 100% waste paper and is water-repellent and yet elastic due to its special pressing process. It is therefore in no way inferior to conventional plastic signs and is 100% environmentally friendly and natural. The cardboard comes from a German cardboard factory.
